‘The unique circumstances caused by the COVID disruption have demanded that we all find opportunities within these prolonged challenges. We’ve had to embrace an entrepreneurial style - breaking out of fixed mindsets and old methodologies, and dare to try new approaches. We need to be decisive and take quick, calculated risks with a mindset that we ‘own’ the business. Working like this, not only shall we survive, but we will thrive,’ said Sunny Yu Grosic,  Director of Sales & Marketing, Rosewood Bangkok.

A native of China, Sunny holds a bachelor’s degree from Australia’s Blue Mountains Hotel Management School / Nankai University China, and has also recently completed Cornell University’s ‘Females in Leadership’ program on campus in New York and is a frequent key-note speaker at industry events around the world both on and offline.
