Veranda Resort Opens their new 'Verso' hotel in Hua Hin.
Veranda Resort Public Company Limited has announced its new 'Veranda Collection' brand - touted as not just being a management company, but rather also offering co-investment opportunities in properties.
Verawat Ongvasith, Founder and CEO of Veranda Resort Public Company Limited said:
"If an owner is facing financial challenges which affect their ability to renovate their own property, Veranda is eager to co-invest and help develop the property with them, which could take any number of different forms."
“This business model will give us a high degree of flexibility when it comes to acquiring new locations. We anticipate that this will speed up the expansion of our business. Moreover, this model doesn’t require full investment from the owner".

The first property under the Veranda Collection is 'VERSO' Hua Hin located on the same grounds as the Veranda Residence Hua Hin. This newly opened VERSO Hua Hin has 38 guest rooms and one sky-pool suite.
VERSO Hua Hin from the Veranda Collection is expected to increase condominium sales as it offers convenience and lifestyle amenities to tenants and co-owners who can enjoy hotel services such as room service and breakfast at the resort.
