Pragma Hospitality Co., Ltd has signed a management agreement with Eastern Grand Palace Co., Ltd to manage the 349 Key Eastern Grand Palace Hotel in Pattaya, Thailand.
Located in Bang Lamung, only 3 minutes away from Pattaya Beach Road, this hotel was built in 2005 with large meeting facilities, and several F&B outlets.
"The signing of the hotel management agreement with the Eastern Grand Palace Hotel is an exciting milestone for our company, entering the competitive Pattaya Market, enabling us to gain more traction and attract more owners and developers to sign up with Pragma Hospitality which was founded with the idea to disrupt and change the hotel management world. Since the inception of Pragma in mid 2019, we have signed 9 Hotels with a total room count of 1,300 rooms - we are growing fast.", said Alexander Wallace, CEO of Pragma Hospitality.
The management of the property will be headed over to Pragma Hospitality at the beginning of March 2020. The Eastern Grand Palace Hotel is the 10th hotel in the company's current management agreement portfolio.
