Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG) has recently announced Craig Bond as their new Senior Vice President and Head of Operations. Bond brings a wealth of global experience to PPHG, particularly timely as the group prepares for the opening of several key properties, including PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Jakarta, PARKROYAL A’Famosa Melaka Resort, and Pan Pacific Jakarta in the first half of 2024.

In his role, Bond will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and establishing strategic approaches to meet commercial and organizational goals. His extensive international experience provides him with a deep understanding of cultural subtleties, essential for ensuring consistent quality throughout the guest experience.

Choe Peng Sum, CEO of Pan Pacific Hotels Group, expressed enthusiasm about Bond's appointment, noting his comprehensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, gained from years of experience in diverse international markets, as a valuable asset for the executive leadership team.

Bond's career history includes various significant roles at Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Mirvac Hotels and Resorts, and Radisson Hotels and Resorts. Commenting on his return to PPHG, Bond expressed his excitement to rejoin the group and contribute to its expansion plans for 2024 and beyond.

Before this role, he was Managing Director at La Vie Hotels & Resorts, overseeing growth and operations in countries like Australia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Ukraine, and Vietnam. He also served as Executive Vice President - COO at ONYX Hospitality Group, leading strategic planning and operational processes.
