W Hotel Melbourne Set to Open in December 2020

Melbourne’s first luxury lifestyle hotel is taking booking for its opening in December.

Located in the heart of Melbourne, the W hotel is housed in the $1.25 billion mixed-use Collin Arch Precinct.

The hotel offers 294 guest rooms including 29 suites (Extreme WOW suites and Marvellous suites) with three restaurants and two bars along with FIT Gym and over 700 square metres of events space and meeting rooms.

“The signing of W Melbourne is a part of our continued strategy to grow the brand within Australia and across the wider Pacific region”, said Marriott International’s Vice President for Australia, New Zealand and Pacific, Sean Hunt.

“We’re extremely excited to be working with Daisho Development Melbourne Pty Ltd and Cbus Property to bring a second W Hotel to Australia”, said Marriott International’s Chief Operating Officer, Asia Pacific (excluding Greater China), Rajeev Menon.

There are 55 W hotels in more than 25 countries and territories and Marriott is looking to reach to 75 hotels by 2020
