Accor has signed two Mövenpick Living properties in Europe; Istanbul (Turkey) and Disentis (Switzerland).
Mövenpick Living has been added into Accor's extended stay segment, offering all the comfort and privacy of home complemented with hotel services on top. Guests can stay up to 120 days in a row.
The Mövenpick Istanbul (Turkey) will be the first hotel in Europe under the brand and is scheduled to open in 2021. The Mövenpick Istanbul will feature spacious apartments with 1, 2 and 3 beds, a sky villa and a garden villa with outdoor terrace, swimming pool, gym and spa with hammam and sauna, as well as a restaurant.
The Mövenpick Disentis (Switzerland) will be part of a project that also includes a new Mövenpick hotel. It will open its door in 2024. The project will include 6 buildings with restaurants, bar, breakfast areas, children's play area, spa and 91 apartments along with as 150 hotel rooms. The site will be located in the center of the upscale ski resort in the town of Graubünden.
Aside from these two Mövenpick Living properties, Mövenpick also signed 10 other hotels around the world in 2020.
