The 57th street of Fifth Avenue welcomes a new era of hospitality as Aman is set to open on August 2, 2022. Following the restoration by architect Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston, the ever so famous Crown Building starts its new chapter by showcasing a new style and aesthetic, an urban Aman sanctuary bringing peace promised by the brand’s Sanskrit-derived name, into the heart of the western world.

Aman New York prides itself on being able to create luxury sanctuaries while paying homage to the building's history and architecture. The 83 suites featured in Aman are some of New York’s largest, with each suite offering functional fireplaces.

To delve further into the brand’s roots, each of Aman's suites will feature large scale murals by Japanese artist Ryoko Adashi, this is inspired by 15th-century masterpiece Pine Trees (Shorin-zu Byobu) by Hasegawa Tohaku. This recreation captures the pre-Edp influence and its homage to Tohaku by using materials like delicate rice paper, this creates a captivating focal point of the suite.

Aman New York welcomes its new guests on the 2nd of August 2022. This highly anticipated hotel will be opening for reservations on July 25th 2022.
