Absolute Hotel Services Group (AHS), a leading hospitality management company, has teamed up with UAE-based Dex Squared Hotel Management to form a joint venture aimed at expanding AHS's presence in the Middle East and Africa. This collaboration will focus on developing and managing new properties under the AHS brands, which include Eastin Grand Hotels & Resorts, Eastin Hotels, Resorts & Residences, Eastin Estates, U Hotels & Resorts, and Absolute Collection.

The partnership leverages both groups' strengths, combining AHS’s extensive portfolio and project management experience with Dex Squared's deep regional insights and investor-centric approach. Currently, AHS manages 40 hotels and golf clubs, with another 40 projects at various stages of development.

The new entity, AHS Middle East & Africa (AHS MEA), will be headquartered in Dubai, UAE. It plans to aggressively pursue opportunities across the entire region, aiming to secure contracts for 20 branded hotels and five golf/country clubs within the next three to five years.

Jonathan Wigley, AHS Founder, CEO, and President of AHS MEA, commented on the venture, stating, "The timing is ideal for AHS to deepen our footprint in these vibrant regions through a dedicated company and specialized team. This move is a strategic part of our broader international expansion efforts."

Kevork Deldelian, Founder & CEO of Dex Squared Hotel Management and Managing Director of AHS MEA, added, "Dubai, a hub for hospitality development, is the perfect starting point for our ambitious plans. We are committed to choosing the right investment partners to create a portfolio that not only meets but exceeds, the expectations of today’s property developers."

This joint venture marks a significant step in AHS's strategy to enhance its brand footprint and operational capabilities in key emerging markets of the Middle East and Africa.
