Bangkok heats up with the return of the much-anticipated "Chilli Fest" at Urban Oasis, Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, on Saturday, 27th April 2024. This year's event promises an even hotter lineup, featuring fiery dishes from Bangkok’s top restaurants and MICHELIN-starred chefs, alongside smoking-hot entertainment including a fire show, and a tear-inducing chilli-eating competition.

2024's Chilli Fest introduces a special highlight—a five-course dinner showcasing the culinary genius of the legendary Chef Ian Kittichai. Guests can look forward to a gastronomic journey around the world with dishes from Myanmar, India, China, South Korea, Pakistan, Mexico, Malaysia, Spain, and Thailand. Bangkok’s finest chefs will serve their creations in a vibrant marketplace setting, with affordable prices starting from just THB 120, and plant-based options available for vegetarian attendees.

  • Thep Nakorn: Chef “Ton” Thitid Tassanakajohn of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants fame returns with Thai boat noodles and krapow.
