According to an announcement from the Stock exchange of Thailand, the Bangkok Dusit Medical Services announced on the 28th of September, 2015, that they have acquired the This acquisition consists of the building(s) belonging to the Nai Lert Swissotel, Park Nai Lert, the Promenade and other edifices on the property that covers in total 2.4 hectares (15 Rai) of land on Bangkok’s Wireless Road. The cost of the acquisition was almost USD$312 Million (10.8 billion Thai Baht).
