International conference powerhouse Questex Hospitality Group has announced the return of the Hotel Management Singapore Summit (HMS Summit). A one-stop strategic platform geared towards senior hoteliers, the second HMS Summit will be staged on October 22nd at the Marina Bay Sands Singapore.

Well-rounded tactical discussions at the summit will cover a wide range of topics including hotel operations, sales and marketing, human resources and food and beverages. Featured sessions include “What Can Singapore Hotels Do to Remain Competitive?”, “Reinvestigating Operating Processes and Service Offerings to Boost Productivity”, “Understanding Owners’ Expectations for Collaborative Stakeholder Relationships”, “F&B Panel: Successful Business Models and Innovations for Enhanced Profitability” and “Repositioning Traditional Hotel Jobs to Attract and Engage Next Generation Hoteliers”.
Other hot topics scheduled for the summit include productivity technology showcase, hot debate on service standards and revenue management panel. The summit expects over 150 delegates from across Asia Pacific.
