To mark the 25th Anniversary of AIDS Concern in Hong Kong, The Langham, Hong Kong is proud to launch the TRIPLE ZERO RED campaign, with a special red-themed menu and red cocktail to raise funds for AIDS Concern.

The month-long campaign kicks off with The Langham, Hong Kong hosting the AIDS Concern 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner on November 13th, and continues with special “red” fundraising menus at The Bostonian, and a unique red cocktail at the hotel’s award-winning Artesian Bar. Ten per cent of the proceeds of these menus will go to the charity.

Red is the official colour of AIDS awareness, and Triple Zero refers to AIDS Concern’s mission to achieve ZERO new HIV infections, ZERO stigma for people living with HIV and ZERO AIDS deaths.

  • Exclusively created by Executive Chef Pedro Samper for AIDS Concern, theTRIPLE ZERO RED menu is a four-course journey that begins with Baked Scallops with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and The Bostonian Lobster Bisque, followed by a Petit Filet Mignon and a sweet Forest Berry Panna Cotta. The menu will be served at The Bostonian restaurant and priced at HK$480 per person, subject to a ten per cent service charge.
  • Artesian mixologist Rajendra “Rush” Limbu has also created the 2-5-0 Red Cocktail that has Gin, Chinese Liqueur Kuei Hua Chen Chew, Contratto Bitter, Cranberry Juice, Lemon Juice and Mint. This exclusive cocktail is priced at HK$138, subject to a ten per cent service charge.

1st December, 2015 (World AIDS Day)

  • On World AIDS Day, a Red Strawberry Candy macaron filled with a marshmallow centre will make an appearance on the Ladurée Afternoon Tea by Langham. It is priced at HK$298 per person and HK$538 for two persons, subject to a ten per cent service charge.

On 13th November, the AIDS Concern 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner will be held at The Langham, Hong Kong ballroom to raise money for the charity. A limited number of tickets are still available for HK$2,500 each.

As title sponsor and venue host, the hotel has also contributed prizes for the silent auction, including a one-night stay in the newly renovated Director Suite with Langham Club benefits, roundtrip Mercedes limousine transfer, and a tasting menu in the Two Michelin-starred T’ang Court for two people. The Langham Club is located on the 11th floor of the hotel, a sanctuary of style and sophistication where every corner has an air of European flair.

Additionally, other exclusive raffle prizes include a trip to London with roundtrip airfare on British Airways and three-night accommodation at The Langham, London. Celebrities and dignitaries who have confirmed their attendance include Ambassador of AIDS Concern singer Mr. Anthony Wong Yiu Ming, who will be performing that evening and UNAIDS National Goodwill Ambassador for China Mr. James Chau.
