Having been in the industry for over 30 years, Indonesian born Syahereza Ishwara has traversed the globe during his career. He has moved between properties across Indonesia, Texas, USA, to Langkawi Malaysia and Thailand. Syahereza has been with Anantara Chiangmai Resort and Anantara Chiang Mai Serviced Suites since 2014. Prior to that he was the General Manager at the Four Seasons Hotel, Rayavadee. During his career, he has opened many hotels and convention centers around the region.
The most challenging aspect of running my hotel is being able to motivate my team to maintain consistency and quality in their performances and service delivered to our guests in every aspect of our operations.
What inspires me most about being in the hotel industry are:
