Haven’t Met Hotel Silom Launches its First Hotel in Bangkok’s CBD

Haven’t Met Hotel Silom Bangkok will open its doors in August with Patrick Pratummanee at the helm inviting travellers with a lust for life and sense of style to embark on a unique urban adventure in the heart of the Thai capital.

Patrick is leading the pre-opening team and will stay on as Executive Director once the hotel opens to guide the new brand as it carves a new niche in the city’s accommodation sector.

A seasoned Filipino-Thai hospitality expert, Patrick has lived and worked in Thailand for two decades, working his way up the hospitality leader boards to head some of the Kingdom’s most successful hotels and nightlife venues.

His previous positions have included a spell on Phuket as Group General Manager of all four of the Absolute Resorts, before moving on to take up the role of General Manager at the island’s famous Catch Beach Club and later as Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing. He then became Executive Assistant Manager for two Maikhao Dream Resorts before heading back to Bangkok where he was Area Manager for what was formerly Ku De Ta Bangkok (now known as C’est La Vi Bangkok). He then went on to become GM at Le Fenix Sukhumvit, and more recently took on the role of Group General Manager for Salil Hotels.

Patrick joined forces with the newly launched Haven’t Met Hotel brand because of its cutting edge approach to hospitality and style. He says, “Bangkok is probably the most exciting city in the world and I think modern hotels should be about enhancing that experience. Haven’t Met Hotels really take on the role of a travel partner, offering guided city experiences that help guests discover the best local food, buzzing nightlife and hidden shopping opportunities. There’s also a dedicated smartphone app so guests can connect and plan their trip to Bangkok before they arrive.”

“Travel is all about shared experiences and connecting with people you haven’t met yet in places you haven’t been to yet. This new concept urban oasis for savvy travellers is therefore the perfect place to begin a memorable modern Bangkok experience,” adds Patrick.

The 72-room contemporary city hotel is set to become a capital star with its cool and stylish room designs, 24-hour High Lounge and happening rooftop bar.
